Cannot Add Cloud Operator

Hi,

i am configuring SAP B1 on Cloud Environment setup.

I am stuck at creating a Service Unit, i can't see any cloud operator. But the user used when installing is already registered as a cloud operator in the system.

Also i cannot add another user as a cloud operator, i get the below error message.

Any one have any idea about the above error.

The user already added to domain administrator and sql.
