Dunning Calendar

Hi All,

At our client Dunning is all set and ready to go Live. However, the client now wants us to set up the Dunning Calendar so that the dunning reminders do not go on certain days.

Please advise on the above in general and in particular on the steps and effort required to adopt the calendar at this instance.

Hi Tariq,

Please check if you have ticked the factory calendar checkbox while configuring the dunning procedure and assigned the appropriate calendar.

Dunning will behave as per the dates configured in the assigned calendar.

Also another solution is to enhance the event 300. Here the structure FKKMA_0300 contains the value of the date of issue on which items to be dunned are picked up (AUSDT).

You can enhance this to suit your requirements.
