SAP Cloud Platform mobile services and SMP is required (SAP Cloud Platform SDK for Android)

Hi Daniel,

I have few doubts in HCPMs and SMP 3.0. Please consider below points

1. Without using SAP Cloud Platform Mobile Services and Cloud connector shall we connect SAP Gateway system. Is it possible? . Shall we direct connect to SAP Gateway and get data to device is possible
2. Why we using SMP 3.0 and SAP Cloud mobile services ?
