Possible to maintain Doc.Type/P.org/Vendor/Item Category for the Output type?

Is it possible to create a condition record for the combination Doc.Type/P.org/Vendor/Item Category for the Output type?

Item category field is not present in Field catalog so not possible to maintain condition table for the above combination.

Please let me know how this can be achieved with any routines or user exist
