SSO issue - asking user name and password when click on url

Hi All

We have configured SSO for ChaRM System. once click on url , it should go directly to ChaRm system without having to put in User ID and password but t will asking user name and password.Kindly request you please advise as early as possible.

Can you please check your ABAP and java systems exchanged certificates?

Please also let me know when you say SSO how is it configured?
