Update Infotypes 0000, 0001, 0002, 0006

I have to update Infotypes (0000, 0001, 0002, 00060) according to some condition. I would like to ask approach to perform the same whether by use of BAPI or BDC.

If BAPI which one may used to update data as per Pernr. If BDC what should be done.

Kindly suggest.
