How can I edit the Administrator Account's E-Mail Information - C4C

Hi Community,

I have a C4HANA Administrator Account because original manager quit.

But I can't change the E-Mail Address of the Administrator Account.

Please let me know how can edit administrator's information

Hello Jaesun,

If the Admin is created as a Service Agent, then you need to EDIT the information like Email ID in the Service Agent WCV under Business Partner WC.

Else if the Admin is created as an Employee, then you can go to Admin WC and click on Employees and find the Admin in the list of employee and EDIT his details.

Hello Jaesun,

To edit/change the Email of an Admin User details you need to have an Admin Access to perform these changes.

If you have Administrator access please follow the below steps to change the details:

  1. Go to Administrator work center.
  2. Click on Employees under Users view.
  3. Search for Employee ID/Name and click on Edit.
  4. In this page you will be able to change the details for an Business User/Employee as shown in the below screenshot.
