Exclude Some Materials from COPA Report

Hello All ,

Could you please help me to resolve the below issue .

Business users want to exclude some materials from COPA report . But when the drop down material selection in COPA report ( KE30) only Equal symbol showing , Not Equal symbol not there and exclude from selection option is grade out. How Do I Achieve this like exclude some materials from COPA report .
