Tolerance profile is not checking if usage rate are more than 100%

Hi Experts,

I have maintain Multi-Level tolerance limits, which usage rates are 80% (Message Type: Information), 90% (Message Type: Warning)& 100% (Message Type: Error). This is working fine. However, as per business requirement if I am changing the 3rd order usage rate to 110% then also system is checking the availability on 100% available value only.

Please suggest how to make the 3rd ranking order to 110% which will check the AVC on Original Budget.

Thanks in Advance!!!

OK, I see... Try to reinitialize AVC ledger first, via FMAVREINIT. Every time, you change a policy of AVC you are supposed to do it. If the issue persists, set a trace on the derivation of tolerance profile, and make sure that the profile you set up, is duly derived.

Hi,

I don't follow your requirement. If you would an error message on 100% of exceed, how you expect to have a message triggered on 110%? Can you give an example with numbers?

Eli

Hi Eli,

I mean, I have changed usage rates of Multi-Level tolerance limit to. 80% (Message Type: Information), 90% (Message Type: Warning)& 110% (Message Type: Error)

However, still, the system throwing an error message at the time of availing 100 % budget. It should throw an error at 110% consumption time.

Let's suppose the original budget is 100 USD which is in released status. Thus, my consumable budget is 100 USD & I have set tolerance limit error message on 110% exceed. The system should throw a message that budget is almost exhausted, while I post an entry Expenses Dr 109 USD Vendor Cr 109 USD. But, the system throwing an error message that the budget exceeded by 9 USD.
