capture.pngHi All,
How can I read the Quota used hours(i.e.IT2001) in time PCR when employee is on nightshift along with the Public holiday and work/paid where absence hours are Zero ?
Please find the attached screenshot for your quick reference..

Hi Gibbons/SS,
Thanks for your help and response.
I tired PCR as below and it is working fine where it is capturing hours in Public holidays.
In Time:
HRS=PNUM
COLOP*
ADDZLS1234
In Payroll:
2000 wage type which is used for Absences display.
NUM= 1234
ADDWT *.

Hi.
To access access the absences in time use function PTIPA in conjunction with an appropriate PCR, the PCR to include your specific logic for your requirement.

Hi,
I am a little confused as to the requirement.
If you simply want to capture the time worked on a public holiday when on a night shift then you can use operation VARST to identify the scenario.
VARSTHOLCL will return the puplic holiday class
You can use something like the daily WS Class on the DWS to identify the shift (VARSTDBRCL).
However if an employee scheduled to work on a public holiday on a night shift takes leave should this not have non zero absence hours?

Hi,
Can you elaborate on why you need this figure from IT2001?
Would it work to get it from 2006?
to read IT2006 in a PCR use operation HRS with operand 'F'
ie something like
HRS=FR50C
The other conditions you mention will just need to be added as condition logic to your PCR

Hi Gibbons,
Thanks for your quick response.
When the employee is on leave for normal days - The Absence hours are 7 but When employee is on night shift with Public holiday the absence hours are 0. I want to capture those 0 hours in PCR which is same as Quota used to display in time statement.
Regarding HRS=FR50C we already used this for IT2006 which is working fine and Quota got deducted.

Abhinaya.
