Connection Failed : C4C Add On for Lotus Notes

Hello All,

We presently have a situation where we are not able to connect to the C4C Add on through lotus notes. The Add on is successfully installed but when we try to login using the C4C credentials from lotus note. we are getting connection failed error. There are no proxy settings defined in lotus notes.

Did anyone face the similar issue ? How was this fixed ?

Thanks,

Goutham

    Hi Goutham,

We had a similar issue a few weeks ago when we started this project. Realised the install provided was wrong after I logged into the portal and down-loaded the latest Add-In for IBM Lotus Notes.

It has been working fine for many weeks, all of a sudden its stopped working - connection failed. Hence we are now also searching for why this is.

    Paul.
