Sir as we raise PR for PO so Is it possible to create any type requisition to create a Production Order as like Purchase order after creating Purchase requisition only?

Hello Abhishek,

Generally if you are using MRP

MRP will do the net calculations and generate the reference proposals like Purchase requisitions for procured items, planned order for the inhouse production materials

where Purchase requisition will be a reference for the procurement team, to convert PR to PO then proceed for goods receipt

planned order will be a reference to production team to convert planned order to production order then proceed for confirmation and goods movements

if you are not using MRP, better to create manual Production order directly

For production order we have the planned order, we convert planned order to production order.

Purchase requisation used for purchase order and planned order for production or process order.
