    Hi Vishal,

You can use the distribution channel in custom pricing tables and there are also standard pricing tables utilizing distribution channel, mostly in combination with the sales organisation.

Those can be scoped via the Question on Price Lists with " Do you maintain price lists on distribution chain level? ".

You can create multiple distribution channels. Note that distribution channel is selected on header level and will apply to all items within the sales document. So if you use the distribution channel for selection of price lists (for distributors), all products within the sales document will be affected. So you cannot mix Direct sales for products 10-40 and Indirect sales for products 50-80 within one sales order. To do that you might want to utilize an extension field.

I can highly recommend the following blog

You will get a lot of details on the pricing structure in bydesign and how to use extension fields in pricing.

    Kind Regards,

I need to have a better understanding of this requirement. Can you let know, in the sales order how do you like to point out the distributor price is to be applied?

    • hi, we will sell products to direct customer but via Distributor channel.

I don't know how to achieve this but I think when we create customer master, we have Distribution Channel (Direct / Indirect) This might help here.

In case of Sales via Distributor, different price list is to be determined.
