HR > BP Synchronization field mapping issue

Hi Experts,

We are on S4 HANA Version 1610 using BUPA synchronization report (/SHCM/RH_SYNC_BUPA_FROM_EMPL) for employee synchronization.

And as you know, in BP, there's a Search Terms field in Address tap, and normally it is automatically filled referring to Name(Full Name or Last Name), at least before BUPA report, the old sync report HRALXSYNC can do that way. Please refer to the attached screenshot for easier understanding.

I was wondering why this not working anymore. Is it because the new BUPA synchronization report does not support to map the Search Term field? Can someone help me with this issue? Thank you.

Hello!

The report /SHCM/RH_SYNC_BUPA_FROM_EMPL has been improved since 1610, with a lot of features and options.

However from the print screens you provided it is hard to determine if you have an issue, as the print-screens are from 2 different Employee/BPs.

I would first suggest to check the HR master data under that Employee to be up-date and then re-run the sync.
