Failure - Unable to load groups -PAGE_BUILDER_PERS error

Hi Experts,

We are getting below error after login in to Fiori Launchpad.

"Failure - Unable to load groups"

After debugging got to know below service is giving error:

URL : /sap/opu/odata/UI2/PAGE_BUILDER_PERS/PageSets('/UI2/Fiori2LaunchpadHome')

ERROR: The requested URL /sap/opu/odata/UI2/PAGE_BUILDER_PERS/PageSets('/UI2/Fiori2LaunchpadHome') was not found on this server.

But when we try to run same URL in GW client its working fine.

Please help.
