NewGL Scenarios in S4

Hi,

In ECC 6.0 we have New Ledger Scenarios like

  • Business Area
  • Profit Center
  • Segment
  • Consolidation
  • Cost Center
  • Cost of Sale Accounting

all of them with the corresponfing document splitting.

In S4 its ACDOCA table with spliting for Business Area, Profit Center, Segment.

Has anyone configured other dimensions for Document Splitting?

    Hello,

    Scenarios are different and Document Splitting Characteristics are different.

    Document Splitting Characteristics are for extracting Financial Statements which are possible at Business Area, Segment and Profit Center.

    Trading Partner was never a Document Splitting Characteristic in ECC as well.

    Please check once again.

    Hi,

    The below scenarios are available in both ACDOCA and ACDOCT Tables by default with Standard SAP in S/4HANA.

    Account Number : RACCT
    Cost Center : RCNTR
    Profit Center : PRCTR
    Functional Area : RFAREA
    Business Area : RBUSA
    Segment : SEGMENT
    Trading partner : RASSC

    Consolidation is nothing but Trading Partner and Cost of Sales Accounting is nothing but Functional Area.

    If you post any document with these scenarios, then you will get updated in both the tables.
