Fault message in SAP PI 7.4 single stack

Hi Experts,

We are working on SOAP --> Proxy synchronous scenario in SAP PI 7.4 single stack where end to end flow looks like ;

Third party --> SAP PI --> SAP ECC .

PI needs to send a fault message back to sender in case some fields are missed to be populated by sender system.

For example, fault message should look like below:

Can you please suggest me on steps to be carried out to achieve this requirement.

Hi Ramu!

One question: why not to send that response from ECC system (if you use proxy interface)?

In my opinion, this kind of structure validation should be performed either via XSD validation at adapter level or using dedicated logic at receiver's side.
