Business has a requirement to use a single wbs element to track cost for multiple projects.
Their requirement is mainly to track budget vs actual via wbs element and project where WBS element will represent a budget line for which they will allocate budget. the same budget can be used for in multiple project.
Is there a standard way to do this?
