SAP NW 7.52 SP02 ASE License Problem

Dear Community

I have just deploy a free instance of SAP NW 7.52 SP02 with ASE, and when I try to login with DDIC I get "Error in License Check". I have used sap* to login and could check that there is no temp license installed in SLICENSE, what can I do?
