Chart is not getting displayed in the SAP Smart Business Fiori App

I have configured the Net Sales App using the Smart Business KPI modeler in the CAR 4.0 system. The app is able to fetch data from the Hana database but the chart in the detail area is not getting displayed.

The KPI drill-down is configured as per the values provided in the official document. What could be the reason for the missing chart on the screen? Any help will be highly appreciated.

    Hi Anson,

    In the screenshot, all the date being displayed has value 0.0. Even the net sales value say No Value USD.

    How will a chart plot in such case ?

    Please check if your service is returning proper data. If yes, then check if the date is being returned properly to the app or any errors which are appearing in the Chrome console ?

    Are you seeing multiple countless requests being sent to back-end ?

    Hi Vaibhav,

    I can see data when the data display is switched from chart to table. The service also returns data when I verified the Chrome console.
