View transactions that have been use by a user in the past year

I want to produce a report that will tell me when users last ran a specific transaction.

So i would in put MIGO with a date range and get an output that shows me all the users who ran this transaction with the date and time they did so.

E.G

USER1 ran MIGO on 20/04/2019

USER2 ran MIGO on 16/07/2015

What transaction would be best for this?
