EPM Add-in for Excel consuming too much CPU

Hello experts.

I have a user in our financial department that needs to run several reports that pulls lots of data, lately we have notice that this reports are consuming to much CPU some times this takes Excel to "No Responding" state, and the user needs to restart the PC. Is there anything that we have to check to solve this?

We are using Windows 10 64bit and office 365.

The laptop is a i7Intel, 16gb RAM
