ITSM API keys required for Chatbot

I am trying to create a Chatbot using SAP Conversation AI (CAI) which is expected to fetch data like Incident description, Creator, Incident Date, Status etc. when Incident ID is entered. Is there any API available to connect ITSM with SAP CAI Chatbot.

Please can you have a look at below link there is odata service available regarding incident. You can create wrapper node.js application on top of it to integrate with your sap cai bot as webhook.
