Periodic Inventory System

Hi Experts

I am creating a DB which will be in a periodic inventory system, during setup, I unchecked the calculate gross profit in general setting and I don't have any item master data, I even stop event sender and job mailer. Despite all that, when I unchecked the Perpetual Inventory, I still cannot save it due to this error "Item cost cannot be based price origin for gross profit calculation. [Administration - Perpetual Inventory Management]"

How do I fix this?
