How to have SAP report emailed to me in excel format

Hi

Could someone please help me have a SAP report emailed to me in excel format? The SAP report is in a different environment that I have access to only through a desktop window.

Strangely, I am able to have some SAP downloads open up in excel, which I can copy and paste from the desktop window to the environment that I normally work in. However, in the case of some report formats, the report does not open up in excel.
