Crystal Reports 2016 sp6 compatible with BO 4.1 sp7

Hi,

We have installed crystal reports designer 2016 and tried to login using BO credentials. Then it displays error "internal error".

Is Crystal Reports 2016 sp6 compatible with BO 4.1 sp7? how can I connect to BOXI server without any errors?
