SAP Inspection lot user status

Dear Sir,In the QM module i tried to set automatically a user status in inspection lot, So i created a status profile and i selected object type inspection with inspection plan and with char, then i created the user status and marked the defect record business transaction as allowed and checked the set radio button to set the the user status automatically after a defect recorded. unfortunately after i record a defect and system status changed to DEF, user status doesn't changed.
