IBM versus x86 hardware comparison

Good night community. In terms of sap hana homologated hardware, I have studied a lot about the IBM Power9 family of hardware that as I see it steps ahead of x86 processors and architectures from Intel and other competitors. Because it is deep into IBM hardware, can anyone tell me if there is any choice you can give to compare with IBM processors, memory, security, licensing, among other options regarding x86 architectures?O que outras pessoas estão dizendo

Hello Fabiano,

Below are few points on which things can be compared between x86 and Power 9 Servers. This comparison is based on today's hardware availability and it tends to change frequently, so always make sure to see latest processor or server specification. I have just compared the pure technical specification aspect of Cascade Server and Power 9 Server and number speaks by itself when compared side by side.

NOTE: Business usually don't choose hardware just based on the technical specification, but it's more towards strategic decision.
