While doing Stability Study I am getting this error in the step : Create Initial Sample

I checked the status and it is CRIS ACTV and in both the status Create Initial Sample is marked as ALLOWED.

Please help me find the reason why I am getting this error.

Did you fully configure physical samples and the stability package configuration?

If you just executed the QR or QS notifications supplied by SAP many of the action boxes will fail.

Dear Nikita Agarwal,

thank you for the screenshot.

It worth to check transaction BS33 for the affected business process. In current case, it is

QN7A - Create Initial Sample.

After double-clicking the process, if you click on the button 'Where-used list' you will see, which statuses influences the process. It looks like:

In the standard no system statuses prohibit this process, nevertheless, user statuses can block this process. You might work with a status profile, which activated a user status that prohibits the process 'Create Initial Sample'.

Have a nice day,
Albert

Hi Albert,

Thanks for your answer

I checked and the current status doesnot prohibit this action.

What else can be the reason?

Thanks,

Nikita
