Goods Issue to Production Order from Sales order stock

Hello All,

I am issuing the materials to production order from sales order stock but am getting the following error even though the stock is present .

Please help and oblige

Hi Saurav,

It seems there is some confusion at your end.
You have the nee sales Order : 60000016, which is linked to the Production Order : 1000122.
Now, before proceeding with the Goods issue, you need to assign the Stock o Sales Order

Just right click on the Stock, you can check, which Sales Order is linked to this stock ?

Hello Sir,

Can I move the stock directly to sales order stock when I am creating the sales return delivery (POST GOODS RECEIPT) and then issue the same to production order ?

I had to move the stock to return stock to unrestricted which is generating an accounting document which is making the material valuated , but the client requirement is receiving the materials as non-valuated and issue it against the production order and as non-valuated and then do the GR against production order as non-valuated and send the material to the customer and charge only service charges.

When I am directly receiving the stock into special stock eg Sales order stock as non-valuated and issuing the material againts the production order it is not able to find the stock but when I am taking it into unrestricted and then moving it to special stock and issuing it it is working fine.

Please can help me in mapping this scenario.

Hello Sir,

The error persists.

• I have done a returns order and subsequent inbound delivery using movement 653 E+
• I have created a production order with CO08 wherein the return sales order is assigned.
• Then I am doing a goods issue with 261-E against the production order created against the sales return order in step 1.
• It is then that I am getting the error.

Please can you help me in resolving this

Hi Saurav,

Thanks for the quick feedback.
First bring the Stock to Unrestricted from your Return Sales Order, to free stock, then assign the Stock to the Sales Order, which is linked to the current Production Order.
After assigning the stock to the Sales Order, do the Goods issue to the Production Order
Can you please share the Stock Overview screen ( T Code : MMBE), of the Component : 171 to understand the current stock position against the Sales Order 60000011.

Hi,

Based on the info shared, it seems, the Sales Order Stock is available at the Storage location : RM01.But, you are trying to do the Goods Issue from the different Storage Location : FG01

Please take a look of the below attached screen shot

Solution Proposed : Change the Goods issue storage location to RM01, this will resolve the reported issue.
Kindly check & revert back for any further assistance required.

Hello Sir,

It still does not work.

I am doing a goods receipt from returns sales order and am taking it into sales order blocked stock(657-E) and then bringing into sales order unrestricted stock using movement-343-E and then issuing the stock to production order via 261-E and encountering the error
