Copy Column from Excel to Clipboard with Python to paste into SAP

I have been searching up and down to get help with this. I am looking to copy a column of data from Excel with Python Openpyxl to a clipboard and then use the shortcut key via SAP to paste it into a T-Code to run the code. I am almost done with my script.

The script helps keep a dashboard automated and updated. It runs one SAP report and exports to Excel, i will take that raw data and save it to a copy portions to a central excel file, then i need one column of data from that initial excel file to be saved to a clipboard and then upload it into another SAP report module to get another data set related to that to dump to that central excel file to update that dashboard. ANY AND ALL HELP IS MUCH APPRECIATED!
