SAP Cloud Connector - Access to local files

Hi,
I would like to configure SAP Cloud Connector for accessing my local files in file:///C:/Users/user/folder from SAP Web IDE.

How does the configuration of SAP CC look like in this scenario, what protocol should I use?
Is it even possible witchout creating local service?
