OCI catalog with operation activity key PM02

Hi Gurus,

I have configured OCI catalog for plant maintenance order and i want to use OCI catalog with operation activity key PM02. I can see the service catalog icon in operation tab of maintenance order, but if i enter control key PM02 and click on catalog button and select catalog item from Ariba, then services are going to components tab which i selected from Ariba in the operation tab.

Please advice,whether i can use OCI catalogs with operation activity type PM02 if yes, is there any configuration which is still missing?

Hi Muhammet,

It looks like, when you use PM02, it copies the Services has Components only. You need to use PM03 for Services, so it will be updated correctly whether its Service or Components.

Alternatively you can raise a OSS to SAP and confirm it.
