Cloud Platform trial: setting up sub account (AWS) failed

I've been trying to create a sub account as per below page.

Setting Up Your Trial Account

When I choose AWS as provider, creation fails.

Other providers such as Google Cloud Platform and Microsoft Azure didn't have this issue.

I need to create a sub account with AWS for using ABAP trial. Does anyone have an idea?
