OData Receiver adapter only for provisioning?

Hi,

I read here for the OData receiver adapter configuration. Is it true that the OData Receiver adapter is only for provisioning of another OData web server (e.g: from netweaver gateway)?

Hi Suwandi,

OData receiver adapter is to connect to any OData service. It doesn't provision a OData service but just connects to make OData calls to any OData service.

OData service provisioning in SAP CPI is done using OData Sender adapter.
