Change SERVICE Line Items after PO creation

Does anybody know how to ADD new Service items from the Service Selection after deleting incorrect ones used at time of PR creation? Vendor is attached to an Outline Agreement.

I have deleted incorrect line items - now need to add new ones, not exceeding PO value (naturally).
