SAP 500 internal error in Custom T Code

As soon as the Z transaction is entered it gives this SAP 500 internal error dump. At first, I thought it is because of timeout error but then as I enter the error is coming. Any idea as to why this could be happening ?

ı think there are two reason of this case , first one related service is not active secondone there is nothing host registration. so you should sent any st22 dump .
