Configure smtp port to webdispatcher

Hi SAP gurus,

Do you know how to configure smtp in webdipatcher ? because in administration console I can to activate SMTP service but I don't found information about it.

Can you help me?, please.

service port is genarally 25

hostname is exchange or mail server hostname and you should take a mx record about your mail server .

Service could not be created: Internal ICM error(-1), facing this error while adding SMTP Protocol.

if office 365 is entegre with your exchange server , you shoul use the same smtp port number (25 or 587) , and you can use 365 ip address
