hide inactive items in cco

Dear Experts,

Is there a way to hide inactive items in SAP Customer Checkout?

I dont want to show inactive items when we are searching for the items.

Hi Arpad,
one option is to use the advanced search and filter the receipt, customer or article status. Check if one of the filters available help you..

You can also delete article and customer in SAP Customer Checkout if they are not used in a receipt. This is documented via KBA:
