SEM-BCS to ERP: Synchronize position hierarchy to account structure

Hello, we maintain position hierarchies in SEM-BCS and need to synchronize these with account structure in ERP system. So whenever a position node is being created, a corresponding account shall be created, too. Does SAP support this system-wise? How to do this? I'm aware one can retract planning data to ERP system. Possible with master data, too?
