Virtual GRN done prior to receiving of Job Work material

We have sent the material for Job Work i semi finish good and after processing it has to be GR in Finish good Article, for the same we have done 541 movement and raise PO, Now prior to receiving of finished material, production team has done GRN virtually and transferred it to Warehouse. Now when store dept received the material & they made GRN in system and done 301 movement of Production location. Now, when Production team reverse virtual GRN , It is showing double stock of material in system ,how can we resolved this issue ?
