Webi query filters unable to function OR

Dear all, I am a new bird to SAP BI. I need to create a new report in which different price thresholds for different products need to be presented in one report. I do not understand why the query filters are not working with this OR criteria. I attach the screen shot with the error message here. Anyone has any idea? Appreciated!

With BEx query OR condition is disabled.

You can below sap note for your reference.

1687933 - BI 4.x - In the Query Panel of Web Intelligence or Crystal Reports for Enterprise - It is not possible to use "OR" operator when creating Query Filters on BEX Query

Workaround is add these condition at report level.

Is it a universe based on a BEx query/BICS? Then I guess the OR is not supported.

It's indeed a BEx query. Any restriction in the use of OR query in this situation?
