Variant Management using SAP Shell Services

Hi,

Could anybody please provide simple application on table Personalization (Hide/Show Columns) using Variant Management. I also want to store /persist these personalizations (user-specific) in ushell (Fiori Launchpad). I have followed below link:

But I got some issue with sap.ushell.Container

Cannot read property 'getService' of undefined.

(I am not using any Component.js, just using index.html file where all sapui5 libraries are loaded and built UI5 Table)
