Hi Experts,
the task is to change all permissions of a contact to opt-out cause of a general contradiction. The problem is, that when I set the permission fpr FB Email to opt-out, the contact gets automatically an opt-in for FB Phone and the other way around.
Here are the screen shots to visually the Problem.
How can we fix it?

Hello Christiane,
I think this is related to your ID Origin configuration in Manage/Configure your solution.
Please review if you have set the implicit permission as Opt-In.

I had the same problem. I have done a further check opening an incident and in the reply I recieved I was explained that this is the standard design for FB permissions. FB permissions allow any contact to have only one permission entry for one direction. So whenever an explicit opt-in is created for one ID origin, all other ID origins are opted-out for Facebook”

I have the same problem as Christiane.
The problem is that we cannot set an opt-out for the email and phone number. Whenever the 2nd opt-out is performed for the other communication medium, the first opt-out switches to an opt-in. So it doesn't matter what we set, always an unwanted opt-in for Facebook in the marketing cloud, although we have set the permission to explicit.
