MDG Utopia create change request button

Hi Gurus,

MDG Utopia create change request button ( for all objects) doesn`t work when i click on it

and there is no information Pop-up to get the issue here.

there is no record in the ST22 and authorization issues.

is there any special Service, BC Set or OSS Note which i should activate?
