Combine editors on wizard level

Hi,

I must refresh one editor on create-wizard when other changed value. To be perfectly clear I want to refresh the list of values of configurabledropdowneditor after selection made on other configurabledropdowneditor. Both are on the same wizard step.

Any ideas?
