Is there any field in SAP (T Code XK01 / other Tcodes) to know the auto alert the expiry date of Vendor Re Evaluation Date.

If you use Q-info records in the QM module, then yes. You can have them at the vendor level, or if you implement the use of approved manufacturers, (using manufacturer part numbers, HERS material types), then you can have validity dates on a manufacturer level and vendor number.

These dates are enforced in standard SAP at time of purchase order creation. You can use a MIGO enhancement/user exit to make an additional check at GR.
