Hi Experts,
we have came up with a scenario that even though the call horizon of a maintenance plan is set to 80%, IP24 displays the maintenance order which having the start date in next year(September 2020)
Here is the extract of maintenance plan- scheduling parameters
Shouldn't the order would be created in June 2020?
What could be the possible reasons for the early creation of maintenance order and is there any changes to be done for the maintenance plan ?

They could have been called manually via IP10.
Go into the orders and check when/who created them (Control tab).

In IP30, check the value entered in the field Interval for Call Objects. The Help on this field has a good explantion of how this value works.
