Refresh list of notifications in transaction iw28 automatically

Hello. We use iw28 transaction for receiving new messages for maintenance. Is it possible to refresh the list of notifications automatically? Just like clicking refresh/F8 button every 5 minutes i.e. And even better - is it possible to send an e-mail after getting a new notification? Thank you.
