Vendor Replication issue in target system

Hi,

We have a requirement to send vendor master data from MDG -> Two ECC system using the key mapping and value mapping data configure in SAP MDG system.

Scenario: We created a vendor Master with (XXXXX) number along with Reconciliation account(A123456789). I have already set up the data replication as key mapping and all setting for this are in placed.

Key mapping is updated for vendor code like this:

MDG Vendor Code: XXXXX

ECC1 Vendor Code: X12345

ECC2 Vendor Code: Y12345

Key mapping is updated for GL Master like this:

MDG Vendor Code: A123456789

ECC1 Vendor Code: X123456

ECC2 Vendor Code: Y123456

Issue is in my case during the data replication Vendor number is read from the key mapping data but

Reconciliation data is not read from the key mapping. So in that case we are getting the IdoC failure in target system.

Appreciate if some one can help me on this issue.

Hi Pankaj,

Thanks for your inputs, I totally understand that key mapping is reading the data from HKONT as per vendor master GL master fields in AKONT.

As you mentioned I have to do additional mapping for object account type where I need to do? Can you please explain in little bit more details.

Hi Nikhalesh ,

MDG GL mapping would require a separate mapping rule, as far as i am aware the data object is not HKONT which is why it is failing . In addition these accounts have additional mapping object i.e. account type in this case it would be K.

Can you try with this , it would work.
